We would like to thank everyone for the incredible forecasting support and cooperation you have provided us during this unprecedented situation. I  hope you and your loved ones are staying safe and healthy as we all do our part to combat the spread of COVID-19. 

We are incredibly proud of our Cyclone team for continuing to work hard to produce, prepare and fulfill orders, service our builders on-site, support all the communities we are active internationally and upholding our social responsibility to try and limit the spread of the virus.

We will do our absolute best to support you and your business.  As suppliers to essential businesses and construction sites we will remain open and in operation until further notice is given.  Our showrooms will remain temporarily closed to the public.  We are doing our best to ensure our manufacturing facility produces forecasted product in a timely manner to fulfill future orders and that current orders are delivered in a timely manner.  

Our service and fulfillment team is working daily to ensure orders are fulfilled however service is only available for non-occupied new build construction sites at this time.   As we all move on-line in an effort to slow the spread of the virus our in-office staff has been reduced.  Most of our staff members are working remotely so email is the best method of communication, we will be answering phone calls during office hours as usual and have a full fulfillment team on hand during the week.  Emails will be responded to promptly, within the hour during operating hours, 9AM-5PM Monday to Friday.  

We would like to thank you for your cooperation and understanding during this difficult time.  We will do our best to continue providing high-quality products and services to our valued clients and partners.  That being said our biggest priority is the health and safety of the people and communities we serve and we will adhere to the health and safety protocols laid out by our government and the World Health Organization in all situations.
